Teaching Reiki to others can feel overwhelming at first, but with structured templates, you can confidently guide your students through the material while staying aligned with Reiki’s principles.

Below are simple templates for teaching Reiki Levels 1 and 2 in-person, designed to help you organize your courses effectively. Feel free to adapt these templates to suit your teaching style and your students’ needs.

If you wish to teach via online and distance, you may acquire my materials for a small sum and use them as your own if you’ve taken all three levels with me.

Teaching Tips for Both Levels

  2. Incorporate Personal Stories
Share your own Reiki journey to inspire and connect with your students.
  3. Use Visual Aids
Provide handouts or visual slides to help students remember key concepts, like the symbols and hand positions.
  4. Encourage Reflection
Ask students to journal their experiences and feelings after each practice. This helps deepen their connection to Reiki.
  5. Stay Open to Energy Shifts
Teaching Reiki often brings up emotions and energy shifts in students. Be prepared to hold space for these experiences.
