I’m currently editing Grim Vows, The Accidental Reaper Series, Book 6. Chloe and Killion have gone to his castle in Romania for their wedding ceremony, and the research has been in-depth on this one.
I’ve deep-dived into information about trains and details about the Carpathian Mountains, read Romanian folklore, looked up dozens of Medieval castle layouts, and created an entire backstory around Killion’s family to make this story come to life for you. I hope you’ll love it, and the gothic tone, as much as I enjoyed writing it!

In other news, two years ago, I started a fun story. Sometimes, writers get so caught up in deadlines and reader requests that they burn out trying to churn through stories to publish. I decided to write a fantasy novel just for me with no outline, deadline, or expectations. Just free writing to my heart’s content to help me avoid some burnout.
This past weekend, I realized I’m ready to conclude The Stolen Princess and move on to its sequel, The Exiled Prince. Will these stories ever see the light of day? I don’t know. Maybe. Maybe not. For now, I’m satisfied to simply write, but feel free to let me know if you’d vote to have me publish them here on Ream. They would be raw, unedited chapters for you to comment on.
