Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for ebooks, audiobooks, or other downloadable products.

Exchanges

If you accidentally order more than one copy of an ebook, audiobook, or other product, or wish to exchange a download for something else, you must contact misty@readmistyevans.com and provide the order number and reason. Exchanges will only be given in certain situations and for a product of equal value.
