You’ve expanded your ability to work with Universal Life Force Energy and to now use Reiki on others. It’s essential to practice as much as possible to gain experience and receive feedback, but first, use the next 21-day alignment period to practice yourself.
Do self-treatments using the symbols on your own chakras and energy field. Chant the corresponding bija mantra as you work on each chakra to integrate the symbols.
**Note: Most states have guidelines and laws surrounding Reiki and other treatments that involve laying hands on someone. Be sure to investigate and follow them when performing Reiki on others, even if you use a hands-free approach. In some areas, anyone performing Reiki (for profit or not) must be a licensed massage therapist. Always do your due diligence and make sure you don’t run afoul of the law.

It will take approximately ten to twenty minutes and all you need to do is relax and tune into your energy. I’ll clear your chakras and aura, and open the crown chakra to receive your Reiki attunement. I will align you with the Sei Hei Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbols.
Once the attunement is complete, I will email you your certificate of completion PDF for you to download.

What’s Next?
Once you feel comfortable with your Reiki practice, on yourself and on others, you can take your practice to the next level with Reiki Master Level 3.
Level 3 training completes the cycle of energy healing. From physical to emotional to a soul level. The three levels equate to Body, Mind, and Spirit – the holistic triangle. We can only achieve health when all three things are in balance.
Typically, I recommend a pause between levels 2 and 3, as Master Training is a huge growth step. It’s best undertaken with some experience under your belt. It will upgrade your spirituality tenfold. Reiki at this level embodies an exceptionally high vibration and will often force changes in your life. Taking thirty to sixty days to incorporate Reiki into your everyday world will prepare you for the Master Level. The more you can practice on family members, friends, and even your pets will give you the experience and confidence you need.
That’s not said to scare you off, only to caution you to fully integrate these first two levels before you take level 3. If you have questions, reach out, and I’ll be happy to answer them.
